During our monthly managerial consultation in the month of May, it was reported that some employees feel disturbed and unsafe with Geerdink’s 20 and 30 km / hour long-running cars (terminal indicated speed). They indicated that they felt safer with a warning to the drivers and a maximum speed of 15 km / h. The SHEQ department of Geerdink Aannemersbedrijf has proposed a solution to management and employees, which can remain up to wind force 7 and give a clear warning.

Good to see that handing out the clear, mobile yet compact warning signs immediately made the faces of employees happy. Listening to employees and doing something with them is an important spearhead within Geerdink! Thanks to Brian Boll, Guido van den Broek Humphrey, Peter Buitendijk for their contribution to this great result.
